Tele-Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Initiating outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of generating interest in the product or service being offered.

Identifying and qualifying potential leads through calls, gathering information about their needs, budget, and timeline.

Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly quotas or targets set by the company.
-
Handle objections and address customer concerns professionally.
-
Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Requirement:

Possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Higher/Graduate Diploma, of any field.

Candidate with a min of 1 year working experience in tele financial or insurance industry are added advantage.

Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

A digital wizard with a flair for creativity & strategy. If you love telling stories, creating buzz, and geeking out over analytics, this is for you.

Developing, implementing, & managing online marketing strategy to promote the company's product & services.
-
Research and identify market trends, to enhance marketing strategies.
-
Must be able to develop contents, and conceptualize not just oversee the creation of contents on all digital platform.
-
Weekly "Post" & "Story" engagement necessary with tagging, especially when ads are running. Motion post (vid) & static post.
-
Able to track and report on key performance metrics via any available CRM software and improve campaign performance. You will be given time & flexibility to explore at will. A curious mind will be an added point.

Plan & manage digital advertising campaigns (only digital platform) Eg. Google Business, Google Ads & Meta platform etc.
-
SEO & tagging savvy. Able to understand that algorithm & the use of AI technology & automation as an assisting tool that is viable in new generation marketing. Pro-active initiatives is encouraged.

Understanding that the key to retrieving good digital leads also lies in good customer service & prompt follow up of questions.

Requirement:

Possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Communication or any related field. Training will be provided for other field expertise related to responsibility.

Inspire readers/followers to keep coming back for more contents, create exposure.

An understanding of consumer behavior and target audience.

You'll work alongside with digital marketer to refine strategies.

Comfortable speaking and presenting on video. Strong verbal delivery. Ability to do basic video script.

Technical experience with multimedia, or video editing tool is an added advantage but not necessary.

We are seeking a result-driven Website Optimization Specialist to enhance website performance, user experience, and search engine visibility.

Ideal candidate will have strong understanding of web technologies, SEO best practice, and data analytics to optimize website functionality, increase traffic, and improve conversion rates.

Able to pro-actively make daily website changes, detect projected complications and provide actionable insights & create optimization plans.

Stay up to date with latest trends in web optimization technologies.

On-point blog updating and writing in both languages. Copywriting skill is necessary. (English & BM)

Must be comfortable both on dashboard (WIX) and WIX website editor. Work closely with marketing, digital marketer to align website goals. Link all possible digital asset to the website.

Track, analyze, and report performance indicators (KPI) such as traffic, conversion rates and ROI.
