Loan Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products or financial services.

Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about loan options.

Identify and qualify leads based on customer interest, budget, and eligibility.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer questions or objections professionally.
-
Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
Requirement:
-
Minimum qualification: SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field.

Experience in telemarketing, financial, or insurance industry is an advantage.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — full training will be provided.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.
